We invest in small to medium sized companies with growth potential that need management expertise and capital injection to transform into a market leader. Our investments range from $500k to $20m, either through direct financing or capital partnerships to create mutually beneficial deal structures. While we prefer to take majority stakes in established companies, we also make smaller investments into early stage companies across a broad range of industries if they fit within our investment criteria.
